Reservation Flow

Submit the reservation form.

Choose your hotel and click "Reservation" at the bottom of the page. Fill in the guest information and click "Step 2"

Enter the Check-In & Check-Out date, number of adults & children, room type, and other requests. Click "Confirm" to confirm your request.

Confirm the entry and estimated price of accommodation.

• The prices shown on this page are approximate estimate, and excluding promotional discounts or additional requests such as airport transfer. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with the accurate price, after submitting your reservation form.

Please read the terms of service carefully, and check the box to indicate that you have read and agree to it. Submit your request by clicking the button.

Booking Confirmation E-mail

After receiving your reservation form, we will check the availability with the hotel, and send you a confirmation e-mail with the details of your stay, the total accommodation price, and the method of payment. Please review it carefully.

Payment Procedure

Full payment should be made in advance by credit card. Please print out, fill in, and sign "Credit Card Settlement Authentication Form" which is attached to your "Booking Confirmation E-mail", and send it back to us via fax or E-mail by the due date. Bank transfer is also available for those who live in Thailand. Please transfer the total amount to our account listed on the "Booking Confirmation E-mail".

• Please note that 4 % credit card handling charge will be added to the total amount of your bill for credit card settlement.
• Bank transfer payment is available for Thai residents only.
• Bank transfer fee would be borne by you.
• For prompt processing, when you transfer money, please let us know about it via e-mail.

Complete your booking

We will send you a confirmation E-mail with a hotel voucher within 24 hours after we receive your payment for the accommodation. Your booking is confirmed at this point. Please print out the voucher and present it to the hotel reception upon check-in.

• Please note that if you fail to pay the bill by the due date, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
